This is for The saints and scholars bar rather than the hotel itself- I never stayed - but the food was wonderful. It was a dreary Tuesday evening in February but this was easily the best presented and best tasting roast lamb I’ve ever had. Whoever the chef is deserves credit… unreal and only €20 !!

By the way the bar itself is beautiful and well run - this place is old school refinery in the best way.
