As we welcome you back to Wynn's Hotel, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with Failte Ireland and HSE protocols for working to defeat COVID-19. Consisting of in-house and outside experts in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention, and hotel operations. Wynn's Hotel is redefining our cleaning and safety standards. We will actively monitor and evolve our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and staff.
Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, dedicated staff, and recommended cleaning agents.
Hand sanitizing stations are being installed at hotel entrances, at our front desks and meeting spaces.
Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing. We will be adding partitions at check-in to provide an extra level of precaution for our guests and our associates.
Careful consideration has been given to the preparation and presentation of your room and you might find somethings different. For example, pens and paper will be available on request only.
Our deep clean of “High Touch Areas” will include extra disinfecting of the most frequently touched guests room areas such as light switches, door handles, TV remotes, toilet flusher, taps, telephone and more.
When a guest room is vacated after a stay, all material will be removed and cleaned from the room (even if unused), including bed linen, towels and all menities such glasses, coasters etc.
All surfaces will be sprayed both vertically and horizontally with Safe stride products and left so that the agents have time to work. They will then be cleaned down again paying attention to the high touchpoints.
Our deep clean process will include washing down all tiles, grouting, tissue boxes as well as hoovering and washing all floors.
Wynn's Hotel is now fully compliant with the Failte Ireland Safety Charter.
Our Management team have also completed the Covid 19 Olive Safety course in conjunction with Dublin Town and are now Certified Compliance Officers.
